Are your products made by you?
Yes! Our products are 3D printed by our family in small batches. We print, prepare and pack our products ourselves.
What are your products made from?
Our products are made using PLA filament specifically designed for 3D printing.
Why can I see lines on my 3D printed item?
This is completely normal! 3D printers create objects one layer at a time, so small layer lines and slight variations are a natural part of the 3D printing process. No two pieces will ever be absolutely identical.
Will the colour look exactly like the photo?
We do our best to photograph colours accurately, but colours can vary slightly between filament batches and screens. Multi-coloured and gradient filaments can also mean that every item comes out a little differently.
Can I choose my colour?
Where colour selection is available, you’ll be able to choose from the options listed on the product page. If you’re after something specific, feel free to contact us.
Are your products suitable for children?
Please check the individual product listing for recommended ages and safety information. Some designs may contain small parts and are not suitable for children under three years. Children should always use products according to the safety information supplied.
How long does my order take?
As a small family business, some products are printed to order while others are ready to go. Processing times will be displayed at checkout or on the relevant product listing.
My item looks slightly different from the picture. Is this normal?
Absolutely. Small variations in texture, layer lines, colour placement and finish are part of the 3D printing process and make each piece unique.
How do I care for my 3D printed products?
Keep your items away from excessive heat and prolonged direct sunlight, as some 3D printing materials can soften or warp at high temperatures. Clean gently with a soft, damp cloth and avoid dishwashers or very hot water.
